Kerepek Ubi Mastuki & Zaronah Company has their own strategies and planning. Their mission and vision already near to be achieved. Their strategies and planning are based on the total cost, length of supply and distribution line, the strategic role, customer value and the last important thing is what the customer wants that are shaped by surrounding culture and the changing environment. They also divide the type of planning, long term and short term period.

                    Company’s Mission
Their mission that needs to be achieved in the short term is to make new variety of potato chips. Beside of their famous spicy potato chips, they also plan to make an innovation to have a variety of spicy product to achieve more profit. Next they also tend to find a new supplier and to build more own plantation to maintain stock availability. They also want to increase their product’s quality, increase their delivery’s speed, and add their advertising process effort for the product to be known, so that, they can automatically can increase their customer satisfaction.

                      Company’s Vision
Their vision that they need to be achieved in a long term are to grow their business bigger to all over the world, but before that, they need to widen their business starting from inner market and then expand to the Asia country and lastly expands into the international market. Before we go further, we need to make a start from the below level. When their product internationally expands, they can improve our local’s brand and name. So that, their product’s brand power will be stronger and compete risk is lower.  They also plan to break the market like Tesco, Jusco and so on to increase their customer and product’s production.
