Besides, they use their own lorries, they also join consolidation others lorries depends on the customer’s order to save transportation and delivery costs. Their mode of selection choice to deliver their product is the most suitable, to maintain the perfect- quality product, and make sure when and where the product will delivered. Lorries has less cost incurred if compare with airways and waterways. If the logistic work’s cost is lower then, they can offer their customer in a worth- price and can always make a promotion for the loyal profitable customer.

                    Type of Delivery Operation

They delivery their product by courier and lorries. If the order is low, they used Courier Company, such as Pos Malaysia and Citylink to deliver their product. If the order’s demand is higher or they delivered to a big company, they used their own lorries to safe the transport and delivery cost. Majority of their customer said that, from their starting their business until today, their delivery time always fix and punctual. Always received on time. The director also told us that to win the customer’s heart, keep the promise is the important things to make sure all the work end completely without any problems.

                  

                    Routing and Scheduling

This day-to-day decision making is based on the customer’s order. This company have their own routing and scheduling to deliver their product to customer not sending a whim. They will delivered the product based on the promised delivery date. They will routing a short journey which can lead to short delivery time plus can lowering the cost. Schedule is important to follow to make sure the consolidation shipment. If the promised delivery date is the same, the shipment the company need to consolidate the shipment and delivered their product at one go.
